  The Division for Specialty Care and Regional Resources Development provides information to Marylanders and their families regarding Children's Medical Services, Respite Care programs, Medical Daycare programs, and Early Intervention Coordination programs.

  HealthChoice is the state of Maryland's Managed Care System for low-income residents. It provides information regarding the Managed Care System, the Rare and Expensive Case Management Program (REM), as well as information for individuals with special health care needs.

  Maryland Women's Infants and Children Program (WIC) is a federally funded program that provides pregnant woman, new mothers and infants and children under the age of five with supplemental food and nutrition counseling

  The Prince George's County Department of Social Services provides information and assistance regarding community support services such as emergency food assistance, family services including food stamps and medical assistance, and social services including adoption, respite and protective services.

Charles Brown has been an optician since 1974. He is a member of the American Board of Opticians and has been recognized by Checkbook as one of the area's best opticians. He has experience fitting eyeglasses for young children with special needs and does his best to accommodate a fast turnaround time. Parents who take their children to Charles Brown have shared that he is gentle and caring with children with special needs.
